This largest village is known as Namche, and from this village, a hiking trail leads you to Syangboche Airport, which offers a panoramic view of mountains, such as Kongde Ri (5,734 m), Thamserku (6,608 m), Kusum Kangaroo, Kamtega (6,685 m), Ama Dalam, Tawache Peak, Khumbila (Holy Peak).
