Tilicho Lake Trek starts from Besisahar and so does Annapurna Circuit Trek, one of the famous treks of Nepal after Everest Base Camp Trek. Besisahar lies in Lamjung district and comprises of beautiful natural scenery. It is also a vantage point, which offers a spectacular view of snow-capped mountains. Tilicho Lake Trek takes you to steep landscapes, naked hills, a lush forest, and a narrow valley. It also takes you to a ridge, a crest and a viewpoint from where you see a soaring Paungda Danda’s rock face, as well as, a snow covered peak. The ongoing trekking trail of Tilicho Lake further takes you to the dry region of Manang district as well as to a picturesque Manang village. This village captures both your heart and mind. Muktinath, which is a sacred site of the Hindus, the Buddhists, and the Jains, also offers a spectacular view of the Himalayas. From Muktinath, you head off to Jomsom, the windiest place of Nepal, and from Jomsom, you fly to Pokhara. Pokhara is also called the city of lakes and the second largest city of Nepal, which is blessed with geographical wonders, such as Fewa lake, Begnas lake, Devi’s fall, and Gupteshower cave. Gupteshower cave is the longest cave in South Asia.
